Potatoes, Raisins & Prunes
- 3 cups of dried pitted prunes
- 2 cups of dried golden raisins
- 2 lbs of small potatoes (with the skin)
- Salt & pepper
- 2 cup of water
- Boil potatoes until cooked: a fork can insert easily.
- Dispose in a large oven proof pan prunes and raisins. Cover with water.
- Dispose potatoes in the holes between the prunes.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 60 minutes.
- Mix every 15 minutes.
- Fruits will caramelized and give their taste to the potatoes.
- Serve warm or cold!
